Associate Partner (AP)

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in professional firms, corporations or institutions.
• strong business network and marketing skills
• strong people development skills
• able to contribute from day 1.
  

Consultant (CP) / Project Manager (PM)

• More than 3 years (for consultant) or 5 years (for Project Manager) of working and leadership experience in business / management / management consulting.
• Strong academic (2nd degree preferred) and result oriented.
  

Junior Consultant (JC)

• Graduate or final year MBA / MM / Engineering Master with strong GPA from reputable university.
• S1 graduate from business & engineering from reputable university with min 2 years of working experience.
