You will supervise the field sales team and ensure achievement of planned objectives.

In 2009, Sampoerna held an overall market share 0f 29,1% of the Indonesian cigarette market and retained the number one market share position. At the end of 2009, Sampoerna and its subsidiarie employed approximately 28.300 people. An affiliate of Philip morris International, acquiring majority ownership of Sampoerna.

Your Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor Degree from any disciplines, with minimum GPA 2,75.
- have a minimum 3 years working exp. in Field Sales in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company. including a year as supervisor.
- achievement oriented, strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- willing to be stationed in any cities in Indonesia.
