Is Dispute at Work A Bizzare?
Dispute at work is not peculiar. But, don't ever dispute become more harder because it will be able to destroy both parties career.
The following tips are the ways to help you to overcome confrontation in a more wisdom dan beter way:
1). Give Argument or Opinion Calmly and Politely
Peace and polite appearance will make you can go forward to "battlefield" eminently rather than full of emotion and angry. It is because your opponent will be able to hear better and focus at your argument than hearing your emotion words. Wait till peace atmosphere beforehand before you express your argument. Make your opponent remain to put respect. Because if we behave respectfully, your opponent even also will respect us.
2). Don't Let your Private Problem Interpose your Justification
Try not to be trapped by enragement or private malice . Perhaps you were previously grudged by your opponent because some of your projects fail because of him or her. Or you have not been trusted by your company to handle a project because of your opponent deed. Don't let this private problem influences your own objectivity.
). Select the Most Appropriate Opponent
Don't let you answer to all negative words of all existing staff. Select opponent that really competent for you to answer to. Because small and trivial things will bother your own. And don't let every negative matter in your office bothers you and needs your comment. Because every complaint you declare will indicate that you never work properly and get acquainted with company condition.
4). There is a fight that never can you win
For example is your desire to dispute and change company policy you think must be repaired. This will throw away your own energy. Moreover, your friends never take this conditions as a problem unless you. You can only change company policy if you are in correct position in the company and you really know the way to repair it.
5). Prepare support
You must have many precise evidences and reliable information sources. Don't release evidences or informations which are ill defined.
