One of multinational coal mining company located in Central Kalimantan is looking for a high caliber candidate to be assigned as Deputy Mine Operation Manager.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Tertiary Qualifications (Degree) in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years relevant practical experience in:
1. Surface Mining Operations in a planning and supervisory capacity.
2. Mine Supervision Experience.

Advantage to have:
1. Experience working with Mining Contractors.
2. Analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Experience managing mining departments.
4. First Aid Certificate.
5. Can operate Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Power-point.

Key requirements:
- Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering.
- Mid thirty to forty years old, and to be located at Site (Remote area).
- Having at least 10 years experiences in the in coal mining industry.
- Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written ) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
- Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team.
