PT. SMG Consultants, a multi-national consulting company is seeking a person to fill the following position:

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER

Requirements:

• male or female
• mational or expatriate
• min 5 years exp. in Coal or Minerals
• experienced in short term & long term mine planning, scheduling & operation control
• strong knowledge & experience in coal or mineral mining
• strong computer skills & working knowledge of minex is required. ability to operate Autocad & Mapinfo would be an advantage.
• pleasant personality, able to work individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision & tight schedules.
• strong communication & report writing skills (English)
  

The position is based in Jakarta but may require travel & work on project sites in Indonesia and internationally.
