RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
- manage shop staff recruitment, development, grooming payroll and schedules.
- maintain customer relations and handle complaints
- coordinate shop maintenance and cleaning schedules.

Qualifications:
- female, max 35 years of age.
- S1 / D3 graduate, sound knowledge of English
- at least 3 years experience in retail.
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills, attentive to details.
- prepared to work on weekends.
