Our clinet is one of the leading international producers of polymers and high-performance plastics in Indonesia and to strengthen the team, they are now seeking a suitble candidate for the position of:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Key Resposibilities:
- order entry in SAP system, and update oerders in system.
- follow up orders and shipping docs, claim and complain of customers, customer's rebate.
- follow up payment of customers, peparing forecast and data for monthly report.
- contact management
- offer management
- monitor and follow up the service performance

Qualifications:
- female, max 35 years old.
- S1 graduat from reputable university
- computer literate, specially for MS Office (familiar with SAP/R3 is advantage)
- able to communicate in english both oral and written
- good in document control and filling system
- good communication skill, must be able to communicate effectively accross function i.e with marketing, operation and logistic
team player, well developed interpersonal skills
- able to work under pressure, self motivated, accurate.
- creative thinker willing to challenge the status quo in search of team improvement.
