• male max 35 years old
• bachelor degree in Architect / Civil and Master degree in Finance / marketing is a must
• Having related experience as project manager or Project coordinator in property area / real estate min 5 years
• fluent in english both written and oral
• selection process will be held in Jakarta or pangkal pinang
• fluent in mandarin is a plus
  

2). MARKETING COORDINATOR (MC)

• male / female max 35 years old
• having experience min 3 years as sales / marketing in property / real estate is a must (having experience as sales coordinator is an advantage)
  

3). SALES / MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ME)

• male / female max 28 years old
• having experience as sales / marketing, especially in property min 1 years.
  

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum associate degree in major (2 & 3)
• Motivated person, strong negotiation and good communication skill (1, 2 & 3)
• Out going person, wide and good networking (2 & 3)
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (BLP), Makasar (MKS), Samarinda (SMD), Banjarmasin (BJM) & Pangkal Pinang (PLP) (2 & 3)
• Selection process will be held in Jakarta, Makasar, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin & Pangkal Pinang (2 & 3)
