- max 40 years
- S1 civil engineering (1,2,4)
- S1 mechanical & electrical engineering (3)
- Exp. min 3 years as Planner & Supervisor for related field at high building / hotel / resort, etc
- Exp. 1 years in construction (4)
- Preferable to communicate in English & Chinese
