Minimun requirements:
1. male / female, max age 35 years
2. graduate from reputable university
3. min 3 years experience in Human Resources Department
4. Experience in consturction (or similar) industry
5. Experience in workers' appraisal and workers' compenstion
6. experience in handling employee more than 500 persons
7. fluent in english written and oral
8. leadership ability is a must
