The American Red Cross (ARC) requires the services of a registered professional firm or consultant(s) capable of undertaking the following work that will support the District of Aceh Jaya Government, to assist them develop an effective management and operational water utility, connected to the new water and sanitation infrastructures now being contracted for the city of Calang, District Capital of Aceh Jaya.
